This is how it is done

Step 1

Glue wire with floral tape lengthwise in double row on the back of the birch bark strip.

Step 2

Further strip glue on top of this using hot glue. Bend the birch bark upwards into a heart shape and glue the ends together with hot glue.

Step 3

Glue plastic tray with watered black fresh flower foam in between and pin with florals.
