This is how it is done

Step 1

Paint wooden block with wall paint, let dry. Drill hole in the wooden block and insert hollow tube.

Step 2

Insert the candle holder into the hollow tube, glue on the pin holder.

Step 3

Watered floral foam sphere on top and stud with the florals.
